Abstract
"Polêmica, a questão sobre a universalização ou relativização dos Direitos Humanos, ironicamente, torna problemáticos preceitos criados para ser a solução de todos os problemas humanos, relativos à preservação da própria humanidade, que a nenhum indivíduo, sob nenhum pretexto, deve ser negada, dada a sua intrinsidade. Mesmo relevando-se que, no plano do ser, na dura realidade da vastíssima experiência concreta, nem sempre – ou, melhor seria dizer, quase nunca – ao homem são oferecidas condições materiais para que se realize plenamente como tal, ainda assim tal não pode deixar de ser. Nenhum tratamento vil, nenhuma circunstância zoomorfizadora, nenhum abandono, exclusão ou violência sobre e contra a dimensão humana, a transformará em qualquer outra coisa que humana não seja.
