在中国的社会观念和文化承传之中，由于缺少形而上玄思和“绝对精神”的仰望，缺少对 人本身局限性的洞见，所以，很难超越庸常俗务和现实中各种利害关系的掣肘为人设置出一个 以知识和智慧为内核的理想国度，因而就难于培育出从人性的本质上进行自我反省和修正的文 化与制度机制，当然也就无法做到深谋远虑，用理性的分析和判断为人的社会属性制定出相应 的公共法理策略和伦理准则。
