Abstract
金融伦理关系是人们在金融活动中结成的健康、合理的社会关系，它有自己的特征和要求。随着金融业的飞速发展，无论是国内还是国外，金融伦理关系面临越来越大的冲击，金融道德风险也在更大的范围显示出来。战前的国际金融动荡往往与经济危机相关联，战后金融危机的诱因则复杂得多，破坏力也大得多，它们往往与金融操作者的伦理理念有这样和那样的关系。新中国的金融发展是在近二、三十年，但是多方位显现的金融问题亦冲击了我国本已脆弱的金融关系。事实告诉人们，金融业的发展离不开健康的金融伦理关系，离不开对金融活动的伦理关注。
