Abstract
This paper will examine youth as community motivators in the utilization of local potential in order to realize the development of society. Youth are expected to provide awareness and mobilize the society to be able to identify local potential possessed both the potential of natural resources, human resources and culture in order to realize the development of society. Youth together with members of the community independently are able to identify, manage, and preserve its potential to achieve goals and improve the common welfare.
