1949年制定的德国基本法将“人性尊严”条款置于第一条第一款，充分显示了德国对“人性尊严”的重视。本文通过分析德国“人性尊严”观念的起源和发展，以及它在具体制度中的应用，试图展现“人性尊严”的法律价值，为我国司法改革提供参考。
