Abstract
"Pretende-se, neste texto, fazer uma reflexão sobre a formação ética de professores a partir da apresentação de alguns resultados de um projeto de investigação intitulado “Pensamento e formação ético-deontológicos de professores”. Sublinham-se aspetos relativos às conceções éticas dos professores e aos seus dilemas éticos, apresentando e discutindo alguns dados recolhidos através de entrevistas e questionários. Os dados quantitativos foram tratados estatisticamente através de análise fatorial e classificatória e os dados qualitativos foram sujeitos a uma análise de conteúdo. Por fim propõe-se a utilização destes resultados de investigação na formação inicial de professores, suscitando a partir deles o questionamento e a reflexão pedagógica e ética dos futuros professores" ["It is intended, in this text, to reflect on the ethical training of teachers from the presentation of some results of a research project entitled "Thought and ethical and deontological training of teachers." Underline up aspects relating to ethical conceptions of teachers and their ethical dilemmas, presenting and discussing some data collected through interviews and questionnaires. Quantitative data were statistically analyzed using factorial and classification analysis and qualitative data were subjected to content analysis. Finally we propose the use of these research results in initial teacher education, raising from them the questioning and the pedagogical and ethical reflection of future teachers"]
