Abstract
"El presente artículo se aproxima a la carta de Santiago viendo en ella un ejercicio de recuperación y recreación de las palabras de Jesús. En eso reside una de las peculiaridades de este escrito dentro del Nuevo Testamento, pero que le coloca en el centro de una vertiente fundamental de los inicios del cristianismo, a saber, la tradición que vincula a Jesús por la conservación y transmisión de sus enseñanzas. El autor propone la verificación en el caso de la conexión entre los pobres y el Reino, tema central en la predicación de Jesús de Nazareth" "The present article approaches the letter of James by seeing in it an exercise in the recuperation and re-creation of Jesus’ words. In this resides one of the peculiarities of this book within the New Testament, but which places it at the heart of a fundamental factor in the beginnings of Christianity, namely, the tradition which is connected to Jesus through the conservation and transmission of his teachings. The author proposes to verify this in the case of the connection between the indigent and the Kingdom, which is central in the preaching of Jesus of Nazareth"
