Abstract
"Con ocasión de producirse en las esferas universitarias de nuestro país, y más precisamente en nuestra Universidad y aun en la misma facultad de filosofía y educación el proceso de Reforma Universitaria, muchos sectores de la izquierda política, han incubado esperanzas e ilusiones en el sentido de identificar dicha reforma con cambios radicales de carácter revolucionario" ["Occur during the academic areas of our country, and more precisely in our university and even in the same faculty of philosophy and education the university reform process, many sectors of the political left, hopes and dreams have been incubated in the sense of identify such reform with radical revolutionary changes"]
