Abstract
"El énfasis sostenido, en los países de Europa y América Latina, acerca de la falta de participación de la sociedad en los sistemas de regulación ética junto al escaso conocimiento que tiene la ciudadanía de los temas involucrados en ética en investigación, es en sí mismo una afirmación que obliga a establecer, en tiempo y espacio, una serie de precisiones. Este artículo se estructura a partir de una propuesta de participación de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil en el sistema de regulación ética en seres humanos en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Desde la comprensión de la ética en investigación como un tema público se busca instalar y ampliar el alcance de la misma, para crear y habilitar espacios democráticos de participación, donde se convoquen y articulen a los actores sociales en deliberaciones, se socialice la información y se promueva una construcción colectiva pública e informada que posibilite la definición de investigaciones prioritarias para la región de América Latina" ["The emphasis maintained in Europe and Latin America on the lack of participation by society in ethical regulation systems, and citizens` minimal knowledge of the problems involved in research ethics, is in itself an affirmation that makes it necessary to establish a set of requirements in time and space. This paper is structured from a proposal for civil society organizations to participate in the ethical regulation system for human beings in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, taking research ethics to be a public issue. For this, it is sought to establish and expand the public reach of research ethics, and to creation and develop democratic participatory spaces to which all the social players can be convened and brought together in deliberations, and where information can be socialized and an informed collective public construction can be promoted. This will make it possible to define the research priorities for the Latin American region"]
