Abstract
"En el presente artículo hablamos en el primer apartado acerca de la legislación sobre la eutanasia en Holanda, describiendo el camino jurídico de la misma y señalando sus puntos más importantes en relación al tema que nos ocupa; en el segundo apartado, recogemos los resultados de los principales estudios que se han hecho en este país, con el objetivo de conocer la realidad de la práctica de la eutanasia; y por último, en el tercero, se realiza un análisis de los apartados anteriores comprobando que en el caso holandés se cumple la versión empírica del argumento de la «pendiente resbaladiza»". ["First of all, in this issue we talk about the juridical way and the most important items on euthanasia in Holland. Second, we gather the results of the main studies made in this country. At the end, an analysis of the previous data is made with the aim of knowing the real practice of the euthanasia, proving that the empirical version of «the slippery slope» argument becomes true in the Dutch country".]
