Abstract
"El cuerpo humano tiene un valor superior al de cualquier otro animal, pues todo lo que le concierne atañe al individuo humano, el cual es superior al animal. Como consecuencia, una agresión al cuerpo humano, la experimentación con un cuerpo humano, etc., es agresión a un ser humano. Estamos hablando del cuerpo humano vivo.
