Abstract
"‘More Women in Top Positions!’ 1 – this is a claim put forward by women – and occasionally also by men – not only to the address of politics and economy, but also to church institutions. In many countries, the reason for this demand is the gap between the political and legal rights of women to be equally represented in all areas of life and work, and the reality of women to be able to get to positions of power and even more rarely to get to top leadership positions.
