Abstract
"A bioética costuma ser definida como uma abordagem multidisciplinar e pluralista das questões éticas e sociais ligadas ao progresso da biomedicina. Nesse sentido, o direito e os juristas contribuíram, sem dúvida nenhuma, com seu nascimento e desenvolvimento. No entanto, diferentemente dos Estados Unidos da América, parece que a bioética abriu na Europa novas perspectivas ao direito.
