Abstract
"The Ibero-American Charter for the Public Service is intended to be a useful instrument for the modernization and professionalization of the systems of public employment management and individual public service employees in the countries of the Ibero-American community. It is not a set of standards, but rather a reference point intended to contribute to a common language relating to the public service in Ibero-America that fully takes into account the characteristics, cultures, history and traditions of each country."
