Abstract
"El artículo analiza la sección del libro de Jeremías (caps. 21-24 y 26-29) que rodea el centro estructural (cap. 25). Se plantean allí los problemas que enfrentaron al profeta con la monarquía, con los otros (falsos) profetas y con la suerte de los desterrados a Babilonia después del 597. ¿Cómo interpretar la historia del momento a la luz de una auténtica tradición de justicia y verdad, y no, como en el caso de los falsos profetas, en base a la “mentira”? No deja de haber analogías con situaciones ambiguas que vivimos hoy en nuestro mundo." "The article analyses the section of Jeremiah (chapters 21-24 and 26-29), which forms the immediate context of the structural centre of chapter 25. In this section we find set forth the problems which the prophet faces with the monarchy, with the other (false) prophets and with the destiny of the Babylonian exiles after 597. How do we interpret the history of the time in the light of an authentic tradition of justice and truth and not ,as in the case of the false prophets, based on a lie? There are certain analogies with the ambiguous situations, which we live in our world today"
