本文详尽地分析了西方社会“自然法”观念的起源、发展演变及其巨大的影响和作用。勿庸讳言，“自然法”观念从一开初就是一个语义模糊混淆的概念，然而我们却很难简单地将它一笔勾销，因为由它所昭示的公平正义、天赋权利、自由平等……一系列的原则乃是人类必须永恒面对的难题，“自然法”的意义及其永恒的魅力也正在于此。
