Abstract
Die Aufdeckung eines Korruptionsfalles bringt einen grossen Reputationsschaden für ein Unternehmen mit sich; die folgenden Umsatzeinbrüche sind schmerzhaft. Immer mehr internationale Konzerne bauen Korruptionsprävention und -bekämpfung in ihre Unternehmensstrategie ein. Um KMU bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung solcher Massnahmen zu unterstützen, hat TI Schweiz eine Checkliste zur Selbstevaluation erstellt. Diese hilft dabei korruptionsanfällige Bereiche im Unternehmen zu identifizieren. (The revealing of a corruption case brings significant damage to the reputation of a company, the following revenue declines are painful. More and more international companies include corruption prevention and control in their corporate strategy. To support SMEs in the development and implementation of such measures, Transparency International Switzerland created a checklist for self-evaluation. This helps to identify areas susceptible to corruption within the company.)
