Abstract
"Nesta segunda edição jurídica de Ética e Filosofia Política, nosso editorial quer discutir a relevância da pesquisa para as ciências jurídicas, não só por existir uma conexão intrínseca entre a pesquisa e a operação do Direito, mas pela necessidade, esta também intrínseca, de se implementar um procedimento com fundamento e com nível. Nosso parecer é no sentido de que o procedimento não se autossustenta como fundador e autofundante. Um “Direito sustentável” não se faz de nominalismo vazio.
