Abstract
在先秦时期中国军事法制从秘密走向公开、从零散走向集中，从不成文走向 成文的发展过程中，古代中国早期的军事伦理思想起到了不容忽视的作用。从法制实践活动所 体现的总体精神或指导思想来看，先秦军事法制反映着军事伦理领域从神伦到人伦的思想变迁 轨迹；从法律制度所体现的法制规范内容来看，先秦军事法制也受到了日趋精致的军事伦理思 想的影响而不断充实。
