Abstract
"El artículo se propone analizar y problematizar la cuestión de las juventudes, los bienes públicos y la justicia distributiva en la Argentina. Para ello, se realiza un recorrido histórico y actualizado de la temática en el país. Luego, el análisis se centra en una política pública particular como es la reciente creación del Programa de Respaldo a Estudiantes de Argentina (PROGRESAR), realizando algunas reflexiones finales. Se resaltan diversos estados de lo “justo” en las juventudes que han tenido lugar durante el siglo XX a inicios del siglo XXI en la Argentina, adoptando un enfoque relacional y finalístico de estos temas y desde una metodología cualitativa de análisis (Mazzola, 2012). Se realiza especial hincapié en cómo se ha ampliado y/o restringido la consideración de qué bienes son considerados bienes públicos y cuáles han sido las concepciones de justicia distributiva presentes, incidiendo estos cambios a su paso en el bienestar de las/os juventudes, sus familias y comunidades. Como cierre el trabajo señala algunos desafíos en la materia, ubicando al PROGRESAR en su marco" ["This paper attempts to analyze and problematize about youths, public goods and distributive justice in Argentina. The study makes a historical and current research of these issues in the country. Then, the focus is on the recently created program PROGRESAR (in English: Argentinean Student’s Support Program). Finally, some reflections about this process. Different conceptions about “what is fair” for youth in the last century are highlighted using a relational and finalistic view and a qualitative methodology of analysis (Mazzola, 2012). Special focus is made about the extension and/or restrictions of public goods and the different visions about distributive justice that impact in the welfare of young boys and girls, their families and the communities. To conclude, these paper points out some challenges about youths, public goods and distributive justice. PROGRESAR is an important part in this debate"]
