罗马法是西方法治思想的源头活水，而斯多葛学派又是其中重要的一支，他们的思想 中蕴含着丰富的平等思想，研究其思想的产生内容及影响，对我国的宪政实践有十分有益的价 值。 [Roman law is the origin of thoughts about ruling of law in the western countries, and the Stoic school is one of the most important. they concerned a lot about equality, studying their thoughts and it will be of great value to our constitutionalism practice. ]
