Abstract
"El art. 10 n° 1 de la Constitucion española de 1978 dice textualmente: "La dignidad de la persona humana, los derechos inviolables que le son inherentes, el libre desarrollo de la personalidad, el respeto a la ley y a los derechos de los demás son fundamento del orden político y de la paz social". Con estas palabras la norma jurídica que sienta las reglas básicas de la convivencia social en España, establece como fundamento o cimiento de las ordenadas relaciones humanas, la dignidad de la persona y los derechos que son inherentes a ella, calificados como inviolables" ["The art. 10 n ° 1 of the Spanish Constitution 1978 reads: "The dignity of the human person, the rights inviolable that are inherent, the free development of personality, respect for the law and the rights of others are the foundation of political order and social peace. " With these words the rule of law which sets the basic rules of coexistence office in Spain, set to basis or foundation of the ordered human relations, the dignity of the person and the rights that are inherent to it, qualified as inviolable"]
