Abstract
"Pretende-se através deste trabalho investigar o caráter de imprecisão lingüística da categoria normativa dos direitos humanos, que se utiliza de uma linguagem jurídica marcada pela ambigüidade e vagueza, e questionar se esta abertura da textura da linguagem poderia implicar em uma sensibilidade maior a manipulações ideológicas, ao sabor das políticas de interesse que estejam em jogo.
