Abstract
新闻自由国际化的根据是言论自由和基本人权的普遍性，新闻自由国际化的意义是防止政府滥用权力侵犯新 闻自由、进行新闻封锁，以充分实现言论自由。“自媒体”时代给媒体加国界已经没有现实意义，现代社会的言论成了 无法以国境为界加以隔绝的声音。中国政府应当对境外媒体进行开放和引导。 [The basis of internationalization of media freedom is universality of freedom of speech as a kind of basic human rights.
