Abstract
Korruption verhindert eine effiziente Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Um einen wirkungsvollen Einsatz der Mittel zu erreichen und um nach aussen glaubwürdig zu wirken, müssen NGOs Korruption aktiv bekämpfen. Ein Anti-Korruptionsprogramm bietet NGOs einen einheitlichen Handlungsrahmen, der ihnen die Entwicklungszusammenarbeit in einem schwierigen Umfeld erleichtern soll. TI Schweiz unterbreitet Vorschläge für organisatorische, regulatorische und kommunikative Massnahmen, um ein Anti-Korruptionsprogramm umzusetzen. (Corruption prevents an effective development cooperation. In order to achieve efficient use of resources and appear credible to the outside, NGOs must actively fight corruption. An anti-corruption NGO program provides a uniform framework that will facilitate development cooperation in a difficult environment.
