Abstract
"O presente trabalho se insere no Projeto de Pesquisa “Leituras Contemporâneas dos Clássicos da Filosofia do Direito”, coordenado pelo autor junto à Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Tal projeto objetiva reconectar a Filosofia Clássica a outras formas de expressão cultural, tais como a Literatura, a Mística, a Física Quântica e o Direito. A metodologia adotada privilegia abordagens pontuais não-exaustivas – mas que se querem criativas – de textos e passagens fundamentais do pensamento greco-romano. Neste artigo pretende-se indicar o conflito latente entre Ontologia e Linguagem na filosofia grega, dedicando-se especial atenção aos momentos pré-socrático e platônico, de modo a evidenciar a atualidade do problema filosófico acerca da natureza da verdade enquanto desvelamento (alétheia). O tema é discutido de forma digressiva e livre – como requer a metodologia do supracitado Projeto de Pesquisa – e tendo por pano de fundo algumas ideias de Heráclito, Parmênides e Heidegger, entre outros pensadores e escritores antigos e contemporâneos" ["This paper is a part of the Research Project entitled “Contemporary Readings of Philosophy of Law Classics”, coordinated by the author hereof at the State of Minas Gerais‟ Federal University and intented to reconnect the Classical Philosophy to other forms of cultural expression, such as Literature, Mysticism, Quantum Physics and the Law. The methodology adopted favored a non-exhaustive but creative and specific approach to particular issues of fundamental Greek and Roman texts and excerpts. This paper also underlines the latent conflict between the Ontology and the Language in Greek philosophy, with special attention to the presocratic and platonic periods, in order to highlight the up-to-dateness of the philosophical issue concerning the nature of truth as alétheia. The subject is discussed in a free and encompassing way – as required by the Research Project methodology – against a backdrop of ideas expressed by Heraclitus, Parmenides and Heidegger, among other classical and contemporary thinkers and writers"]
