Abstract
“人类生活为什么需要宪法”、“人类生活需要什么样的宪法”、“如何通过宪法达到目的”构成了人类对宪法这一人为构建的元追问，并成为宪法学的元问题。对这三个元问题的回答在根本上又构成了对宪法的正当性的证明。宪法学因对元问题的回答和对宪法的正当性的证明而展示出它作为“宪法哲学”的面相。
