Abstract
本文从道德的角度分析了流行病的成因以及流行病的其他相关的社会公正与关怀等问题。笔者指出公共健康的杀手主要是自己，这主要取 决于我们是否具有公共健康的道德意识，取决于我们的行为是否经过审慎的道德思考，取决于我们社会的公共健康制度和政策是否体现了公正和关怀的道德原则，取决于每一个公民是否具有良好的道德素质。
