Abstract
" No se puede hablar de la “communio” que afecta al Papa y a los obispos, de modo que también los “obispos han sido instituidos por el Espíritu Santo”, que “son de derecho divino, no de derecho pontificio”, y que “no pueden ser suprimidos por el Papa porque, al igual que él, constituyen una pieza de la estructura de la Iglesia fijada por Diod” (p. 46); para luego emprenderla con la “communio” que representan los cristianos en su gran mayoría, afirmando que éstos “son de nuevo minoría, más que en ninguna otra época desde finales de la antigüedad”, y confirmando que, “los últimos veinte años han sido decisivamente desfavorables para la Iglesia católica” (los últimos veinte aos alude a la fechaen que Ratzinger decía esto sobre la situación de la iglesia)" ["can not speak of "communion" that affects the Pope and the bishops, so also "bishops have been instituted by the Holy Spirit," which "are of divine law, not of pontifical right" and that "can not be suppressed by the Pope because, like him, are a part of the structure of the Church established by Diod" (p. 46); then undertake the "communio" representing Christians overwhelmingly stating that they "are again minority, more than at any other time since late antiquity" and confirming that "the last twenty years have been decisively unfavorable for the Catholic Church "(the last twenty years refers to the fechaen Ratzinger said this about the situation of the church)"]
