Abstract
This paper emphasizes that male headship in the family is not absolute and it is related to some requirements that must be met. Here, leadership prefers to be seen based on function,instead of structural matter, meaning women still have the right to deliberation and bargaining with the desire of the husband based on rational argument. The paper criticizes domestication role of women is a condition in which women perform domestic duties as well as public role.
