Abstract
This article contains the study related to the various conflicts which happened in Lombok and the its resolution patterns. Some local wisdoms of Lombok society recorded in Sesenga (local proverbs), Perteke, or Lelakaq (traditional poetry) will also be studied as the development objects of conflict resolution in the island which is famous as the island of a thousand mosques. In addition, some traditions which are still effective practiced in Lombok society such as begibung and a number of local regulation products in a form of awig-awig will also be elaborated and then considered their potential for the effort of conflict resolution and the effort of peace building at once.
