Abstract
As business and public administrations also educational organizations - schools - have to deal with ethics, especially since New Public Management. In this article starting from his personal experience as principal of schools the author sketches the framework and the instruments for school ethics and points out the remaining agenda for this new sub discipline of applied ethics.
