Abstract
"En nombre del Movimiento de los Trabajadores Rurales Sin Tierra (MST) y de la Escuela Nacional Florestan Fernandes, queremos acoger y dar la bienvenida a todos los militantes y a todas las militantes que han venido del norte y el sur del país y de varios países de nuestra América, para participar en este seminario internacional, en el que trataremos de entender cómo se estructura la estrategia de dominación imperialista en nuestro continente, y en el que socializaremos las más diversas experiencias de resistencia y de enfrentamiento. Se trata de las experiencias que hoy construimos en la lucha de los movimientos y organizaciones populares en toda la América. Si el imperio aún decide, si saquea nuestras riquezas, si consume nuestras vidas, si imposibilita nuestros sueños, entonces, qué podemos decir sobre las luchas que tienen lugar en la América Latina. Creemos que, aunque el imperio nos amenace con fusiles, la lucha y la resistencia del pueblo latinoamericano vencerán la intolerancia y la arrogancia de los poderosos. La historia de nuestras luchas es la historia de nuestras experiencias de liberación, que se acumulan y se transforman en lecciones y enseñanzas. Por eso es necesario que se conviertan en memoria, en memoria viva. La realización de este seminario nos coloca en esa perspectiva de transformar en memoria subversiva nuestras experiencias en enseñanzas y lecciones" ["On behalf of the Movement of Landless Rural Workers (MST) and the National Florestan Fernandes School, we embrace and welcome all members and all members who have come from the north and south of the country and several countries our America, to participate in this international seminar, which will try to understand how the strategy of imperialist domination in our continent is divided, and which socialize the most various experiences of resistance and confrontation. These are experiences that we build today in the struggle of the popular movements and organizations throughout America. We believe that although the rule threaten us with guns, fighting and resistance of Latin American people overcome intolerance and arrogance of the powerful. The history of our struggle is the story of our experiences of liberation, which accumulate and become lessons and teachings. Therefore it is necessary to become memory in living memory. The completion of this seminar puts us in that perspective transform subversive memory of our experiences and lessons learned"]
