Abstract
"Hoje, a rede é o lugar do discurso. Mais do que estar na rede, o existir na rede se torna um imperativo e, ainda que as duas locuções sejam plurívocas, há que se levar em consideração o contexto, o “Sitz” no qual elas se encontram e que se torna, em certo sentido, a base para que as mesmas locuções possam se exprimir. Trata-se da referência. Quero falar categoricamente sobre um anglicismo, sobre uma palavra, o termo mais relevante para nós que vivemos em pleno século XXI: conexão, “connection”. Conectar pessoas, experiências, só através da conexão de linguagens. Por que não se falar então a partir daí, de uma conexão epistemológica? Pois é precisamente esta que queremos estabelecer patentemente em nossa Revista Ética e Filosofia Política e, mais precisamente nesta edição jurídica, através de um exaustivo Dossier, dos artigos, das resenhas e das crônicas, trabalhos, todos aqui publicados, expressando a convergência entre a Sociologia e o Direito" ["Today, the network is the place of speech.
