Abstract
从阶段上看，我国性自主权研究在今后一个数年的时间里将处于第五阶段。该阶段的主要任务是，逐步用性自主权取代贞操权作为通称，以民法典立法为契机，进行立法的可行性研究，推动司法实践，力争能够在民法典中规定性自主权的相关条文和保护措施，为司法实践保护自然人的性自主权提供实体法律基础。
