Abstract
真实性被看作媒体的第一生命，也是新闻事业得以存在和发展的前提。然而，随着社会生 活范围的不断扩大和市场竞争的不断深入，媒体在生存压力下，将真实性变成了可利用的工具。 在“真实”的名义下，新闻报道“深入”到社会生活的各个层面，在寻找受众兴趣共同点和揭露 社会阴暗面的同时，也在某种程度上暴露了媒体及其从业者职业道德的缺失，损害了媒体的“权 威性”。我们有必要重新思考真实性和职业道德之间的关系，实现二者的有机结合，为 “和谐社 会”营造和谐信息环境。
