Abstract
The international moveable fund has become a huge power in the field of the international finance. It’s not only a positive power for the economy development, but a destructive one. Now there is some problems about the liberty and justice in the process of the international moveable fund. This is the reason of the financial crisis which we should emphasize the unbalance in it. This article reveals the antinomy between the liberty and the justice, and discovers the deep-relation in them. The attitude that the developing country should have about the “liberty an justice” problem is the other keystone in the article.
