Abstract
In dieser Vernehmlassung nimmt der Schweizerische Evangelische Kirchenbund Stellung zu den folgenden drei Punkten des Entwurfs um eine Totalrevision des Asylgesetzes: 1) die Varianten für eine Härtefallregelung, 2) den Status für Schutzbedürftige und 3) das Fürsorgekapitel. (In this consultation, the Federation of Swiss Protestant Churches takes a stand on the following three points addressed in the Draft for the complete revision of the Asylum Law: 1) options for a hardship provision, 2) the status of vulnerable people and 3) welfare.)
