Abstract
"El actual «debate» bioético más se parece a una negociación política que a una verdadera discusión ética. Este artículo pone de manifiesto los compromisos de este debate con los planteamientos de la ética comunicativa (Habermas, Apel) y con los de la neutralidad liberal, tal como la entiende Rawls. La exposición trata de mostrar los equívocos que se derivan de estos compromisos". ["The present-day debate on bioethics looks much more a like political negotiation than a real ethical discusión. This article reveals the compromises of this debate with the fundamental ideas of «ethics of communication» (Habermas, Apel) and with those of liberal neutrality, such as Rawls understood it. The paper shows the errors that derive from these compromises".]
