"Este artigo analisa ao longo da história do cinema as representações dos seres artificiais, seu surgimento, evolução e adaptação á época em que foram produzidos. Estas representações se referem tanto a seres fantásticos/mágicos como a seres mecânico/cibernéticos. Esta análise inclui também o aspecto utópico/distópico dos enredos" ["This paper analyzes the representations of artificial beings, their emergence, evolution and adaptation where they were produced throughout the history of cinema. These representations refer both fantastic/magical beings as mechanical/cybernetic beings. This analysis also includes the utopian/dystopian aspect of the plots"]
