Abstract
The restructuring of an enterprise’s assets entails a process of reactivating the idle resources of amalgamated enterprises by means of purchase, liabilities, shareholding, transfer and resettlement. Its smooth operation calls for the guidance of corresponding concepts of ethics so as to make it an ethical endeavor, coordinate relationships, mobilize human resources and stimulate the initiative and creativity of the employees. These concepts include fairness, humanity, honesty and commitment. Their implementation depends largely on the ethical standards and disposition of CEOs.
