Abstract
须首先说明的是，本文标题中的“正义”一词，意非“正义的”性质界定，而是指“与正义有关的”意思。之所以 采取了这种容易引起歧义的表达方式，是因为笔者尚未找到其他更为确切的汉语组合。解释这一点同时意 在说明，本文的中心议题是从正义的角度评说当前中国社会的诸多现象与相关的话语论争。而之所以标 注“正义”之名，是考虑到：到目前为止，直接以“正义”之名来系统反思并批判我们面对的这个社会的讨论还 很稀少。希望本篇导论性文章能够引起各位读者的兴趣，并参与到有关正义问题的讨论中来。
