Abstract
"Mais uma edição filosófica se nos apresenta implementando nossa plataforma editorial. A alternância da edição filosófica com a edição jurídica, no mesmo periódico, atende à intencionalidade pragmática de uma epistemologia interdisciplinar, integrando duas áreas de conhecimento e de concentração, a saber, a da Filosofia e a do Direito. Nesta edição filosófica quer-se afirmar: pensar, mais do que plausível, é preciso. O mundo das ideias, desde Platão, se nos impõe e se articula, na modernidade, com a filosofia transcendental de Kant, a partir da qual, enfrenta, crítica e exaustivamente, as investidas históricas de sua desconstrução. Em nossa era, a da linguística e do analitismo filosófico, o “a priori”, do pensamento tem sido colocado em xeque; propugna-se o advento do fim da metafísica. Diante do dogmatismo do falar sobre o pensar um novo criticismo em prol de uma nova síntese, não se faria necessário?" ["More a philosophical issue is presented in implementing our platform editorial. The alternation of the philosophical issue with the legal issue, in the same journal, meets the pragmatic intention of an interdisciplinary epistemology, integrating two areas of knowledge and concentration, namely, the philosophy and Law.
