Abstract
正义的追求与实现贯穿古代希腊罗马的历史，也是当代公民资格理论论争的核心， 在不同历史阶段对“公民资格”的不同确定依据背后，事实上隐含着不同历史和文化背景中正义 观念的对话和冲突。在政治哲学视域中考察“公民资格”理论的历史与当代论争，或许可以 使“公民资格”之形式化论争所遮蔽的公民资格之完整的正义伦理内涵得到澄明，这可能为“公 民资格”理论在中西对话中走进本土找到超越理论性“正义”的契点，从而构建多正义维度辩证 统一的当代中国公民资格观念，并使之成为构建社会主义和谐社会的合理前提。
