Abstract
不乏有人主张，摧毁胚胎，所涉及的道德的问题是违犯生命权。究其论点，不论是实验用，抑或生育用，是在两性生殖脉胳，抑或是在无性复制的情况，就胚胎作为胚胎而言，都应平等视之，而不必有差别对待。而凡胚胎皆是人（human beings），抑或，应该被视为人。又，凡人都应享有生命权。因之，所有人类胚胎都应享有生命权。是所以，堕胎、胚胎实验都是不道德的，甚者，是杀人的歹毒行径。
